Property rights are dead in New York
The New York Court of Appeals ruled against a group of home and business owners yesterday who had sued to prevent a developer from working with political leaders in New York City to take private property to build a new arena for the New Jersey Nets basketball team.

That sounds just about like Stockbridge.

Property rights died in 1913... since then, the state/States have just been changing what portion of our property/life we're allowed to own and keep.
That's the problem when we allow governments to decide what portion of our lives and life's work we as individuals actually own, it will always be a moving line, depending on what the state decides it needs.
As long as the courts allow States to do things like this, it re-affirms that we as individuals are nothing more than subjects/slaves to the state. We might as well bring the old British style Monarchy back to our country.
God save the Queen, King, State.

I have been saying for months that it is time to buy guns and bullets ... just make sure you hide them well... it is not just a local problem but national problem with a government that is not only out of control but governments that do not care about the citizens .... citizens in the eyes of government from Henry County to Washington see us as only a resource to be exploited and used to enrich themselves and their friends.....
Daniel haven't you heard the the Queen has already established her Court Jesters here in HC...
