The site that was the focal point in the Kelo v. New London court case is back in the news, and it's not good for the city.

This case brought about eminent domain issues across the country including here at home. Now that Pfizer has decided not to use the property the city of New London can see how it feels to be bitten in the backside by its benefactor.
