MoveOn.org targets Marshall
MoveOn.org is targeting Rep. Jim Marshall (D-GA) for voting for the Stupak Amendment and against the health care bill.
Hey, if you guys want to primary Marshall. Fine by me, but that seat will go to a Republican if a "progressive" is the Democratic Party's nominee.
And, no the situation is a bit different from NY-23.

If the NY-23 comment is directed towards my analysis with Andre in one of the comments,that comment was limited to my comment on what could happen.
Otherwise, it's not like NY-23 - in many ways.

There are very few avenues in which I can see a true progressive winning GA-08; most of those involve mass deaths and redistricting.
