Your Daily Jefferson

"A wise and frugal government, which shall leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor and bread it has earned - this is the sum of good government." - Thomas Jefferson, 1st Inaugural Address, 1801

Comments

Our government today should take a lesson from Mr. Jefferson as he said it plain and true as he brought forth a statement that cannot be argued with.
The sum of good government keeps the hands of government out of the lives of those who seek to pursue their freedom.
