Georgia/Alabama St. Open Thread
The Georgia-Alabama game gets underway at 7:45pm on ESPN. I have to admit that I am nervous about the game, as much as I denied it to Stephen Gordon this week, an Alabama fan working with me on the Barr campaign.
You can read the game preview here.
Alabama's defensive line could mean problems for Knowshon Moreno. I'm not saying I don't have faith in Matthew Stafford, but I don't like the thought of a one-dimensional offense.
USC lost. Florida lost. Georgia winning would make for a great weekend.
[8:37pm] We are getting our asses kicked.

We'll see them again in the SEC Championship game...
Personally, I hope Alabama goes undefeated the rest of the season so we can crush their BCS Championship dreams in Atlanta.

I think I called this one back over the summer. Did anyone catch Rammer Jammer at the end?
And on a final note, Obama blows goats.

How could we not catch Rammer Jammer? I mean, through the tears and shots of vodka...
To keep it political, it was awesome to see Obama win debate number 1 on McCain's strongest subject... debate 2 and 3 could be nasty.

God, that Rammer Jammer chant is so much better to hear than the oft-repeated, always nauseating "S-E-C" group mentality chant I heard last week.
I fell asleep in the middle of the "debate." I thought McCain just let the goat blower push him around by speaking louder. Probably voting for Barr, prima donna Obama can't afford to buy my vote. I'm an evil achiever.
My question is, how can someone who claims(ed) to be a believer in personal liberty change their mind so quickly & favor a socialist candidate with no belief in individual liberty?
And is it just me, or did Oblama look like a real-life jib-jab character last night? No shoulders, no chest, but a huge head & gigantic ears?

Man last night night was great. Roll tide Roll.

Man, that game was painful.
At least I enjoyed it on TV so that I could turn it off and go to sleep at the start of the 4th quarter.
Imagine using all that precious fuel to drive to Athens then have to inch your way back through traffic after that loss. Yikes!
College football is the only reason that I have TV.

I'll assume this question is aimed at me. I still believe in personal liberty, I am a member of the Democratic Party, the only party which supports personal liberty and I am a supporter of Senator Barack Obama, the only candidate for President who supports personal liberty.
