The sad part about this incident is that there will be no action taken against this behavior because she was previously diagnosed with a mental disorder and now she is in public with no restraints or supervision. It is we the citizens that pay the price for this behavior. Rep Davis on this one we agree. The victim here is the senior citizen not SOLJA SISTA how much longer do I have to support this kind of stupidity?
