Rep. Davis' Townhall: Survey Results

At the townhall hostd by Rep. Steve Davis a survey was handed-out to the participants. The results are not particularly new or unexpected. But they do reaffirm the conservative desires of citizens.

As posted at Steve's blog:

Last night I hosted a town hall meeting at Pleasant Grove Elementary. I first want to thank all of the presenters, Insurance Commissioner Oxendine, Bert Davis with Georgia Power, as well as Thomas Howell and the GDOT team. All of you worked hard to bring accurate and detailed information for the citizens. I also want to thank all the citizens that came out on a week night to be part of the political process. I feel as the meeting was a huge success with approximately 125+ people in attendance. In addition to the special guests I summarized some possible legislation for the upcoming session and touched on some local issues. We addressed insurance, education, growth, tax reform, death penalty issues, and certainly transportation.

I passed out a survey and I wanted to share the results with all of you. If you were not at the town hall and you want to answer the survey please cut and paste it from here then email it to steve.davis@house.ga.gov

Thanks again for the great turnout.

Representative Steve Davis
House District #109
