Beer = Good
A Newcastle a day keeps the doctor away:
Drinking is healthy, exercise is healthy, and doing a little of both is even healthier, Danish researchers reported on Wednesday.Amanda and are both doing diets right now and are starting to exercise at least three days a week. We got an exercise bike and a treadmill. I've completely cut out carbonated drinks. I haven't had one in thirteen days. At this point I've lost ten pounds, which is pretty good considering the holidays. I guess I'll have to throw in a Newscastle a day to keep the heart healthy.People who neither drink nor exercise have a 30 to 49 percent higher risk of heart disease than people who do one or both of the activities, the researchers said in the European Heart Journal.

Several major studies have found that light to moderate drinking -- up to two drinks a day on a regular basis -- is associated with a lower risk of heart disease, and some have also found this leads to a lower risk of some cancers.

What about tequila and whiskey?
Never have been able to stand the taste of many beers, besides Sweetwater and Killians... sometimes.

Trev,
has your taste for Sweetwater progressed from 420 to any other Sweetwater brew?
Georgia Brown is my personal favorite, although I have been known to run the gambit at Sweetwater's tastings.

Oh, and don't drink GA Brown thinking its good for you... Its something like 8% alcohol which is fine, but I'm assuming the other other 92% is pure sugar.

I've stuck to 420... on the off occasion that I can afford a drink other than water I generally don't like taking risks... in a couple of years I'll explore other options... but a small budget only allows so much for wasted drink.
