Hampton Remains Tax Free

The Henry Herald reports:

Hampton city officials voted unanimously Tuesday night to keep the city's zero millage rate. Locust Grove and Stockbridge also charge no millage rate. McDonough's millage rate was reduced a hair earlier this year.

Thanks Jim, RW, Henry, Arley, Paul, Marty, Mary Ann, and Charlie for doing the right thing and looking out for your citizens.

In other news, McDonough is still the most fiscally irresponsible municipality to grace our great county.
