How far left can a news outlet be when they refer to Congressman David Scott as a "centrist Democrat"?

There is nothing centrist about David Scott, who has received an "F" from the National Taxpayers Union and was ranked as one of the most anti-growth members of Congress by the Club for Growth.

That's right...David Scott is a moderate. Jim Marshall and John Barrow, who I consider to be moderates, must be hardcore right-wingers by the standards of the Atlanta Progressive News.
