The AJC's Political Insider has posted some thoughts from Decaturguy and myself, and we don't agree on issues very often (though I'm not a social conservative, not sure if he knows that), on the new Presidential primary legislation.

And I reiterate my previous point that Instant Runoff Voting is the way to fix Georgia's electoral problems, not the Incumbent Protection Act.
