Sonny's not down with Sunday sales...
Sonny Perdue has come out against ending Georgia's Blue Laws. I'm not surprised. Considering this is the same guy that pissed on private property rights by signing a statewide smoking ban into law back in 2005.
Sonny's reasoning? He says, “Think of it this way…It really helps you plan ahead for the rest of your life — buying on Saturday, rather than Sunday. Time management.”
Perdue is simply pandering to the Sadie Fields, who seems to believe that she speaks for God, and her religious right authoritarian cronies.

Sonny is an expert on time management. He got the legislature to vote just in time to save him 100K in taxes. I am glad I did not vote for this buffoon.

The question is not whether he supports it, but whether he'll veto it if it's passed and come to his desk.
