Interesting thoughts on Clinton's actions

Instapundit has some very interesting thoughts on The Path to 9/11. Including this comment:

"This firestorm is a lose-lose for Dems. Any rational voter can compare the Bush reaction to Farenheit 911 and the current Clinton reaction, and draw appriopriate conclusions."
That is dead on.

[UPDATE] ABC is airing The Path to 9/11, with some changes.

[UPDATE II] Red State has some of the clips that were excluded.

[UPDATE III] Buzz Brockway watched tonight:

I can see why the Democrats and especially the Clintonistas were so upset as they certainly didn’t come off well during tonight’s installment. It’s clear the political will was just not there to deal with al-Qeada. The choice to deal with terrorism as a law enforcement matter proved to be wrong, however, in the midst of the Lewinski scandal, could Clinton have convinced Americans of dealing with bin Laden through other means? I’m not so sure.
Hopefully I can find it on Demonoid this week. I missed it tonight and I'll miss most of it tomorrow.

I watched 9/11 on CBS who were brave enough to show their documentary unedited and commercial free. Some people did not want them to show it becuase of the foul language the firemen used. It was way better than Nicholas Cage with a moustache.

I watched Path to 9/11 on ABC. The changes made no difference to actual events. My wife and I sat there remarking, "I remember this!" as we were watching for a revisionist version.

Albright and Burglar were both preaching the "law & order" theme to handling terrorists. Fear of fallout, fear of confrontation, telling known enemies of our plans. Pure failure to act on US best interests.

History is a bitch! We lived it and know well that our nation's PC approach could never work.

I am taken immediately to Horowitz's new book The Shadow Party and specifically the 'law & order' doctrine preached by George Soros in 2000. There is no way to see a master plan or great brilliance - it is all about a One World, Pass the Joint Party. The Dems cannot spin the definition of IS on that!

One more comment. The 9/11
