State Rep. Steve Davis attended last night's rail "forum" in Gwinnett County.

According to the article, Steve's comments were well received. One guy told Steve to "Go back to Henry County." How completely uncalled for.

Steve Davis should be commended for fighting for the taxpayers, not berated and taunted.

This part of the article caught my eye:

Bob and Louise Hauert of Lilburn said their house stands in the path of the proposed commuter railroad.
They came to the meeting hoping to find out the fate of their home.
"Well, the first part of this was kind of a waste of time," said Bob Hauert, who got some of his questions answered after the rally was over.
