I realize I haven’t been updating much here lately, though I have at United Liberty. For that I apologize. Things have been a little crazy since the end of February. As you may know, I had gallbladder surgery on March 1st and had to deal with a serious infection because of it that resulted in a seven day hospital stay. It wasn’t fun as I was out of work for two weeks and it took me close a month to get back to normal.
But unfortunately, my health issues haven’t ended there. My doctor recently diagnosed me with diverticulosis, a stomach disease that can be very painful when it flares up. That kept me down for a couple days. She sent me to have a CT scan, and it turns out that there a couple of other minor things going on as well.
The good news is that since that hospital stay and surgery, I’ve lost 52 pounds. Also, my blood test came back showing that I’m healthy outside of the aforementioned issues.
But all of this together plus other commitments has limited my blogging. I’ll try to rectify that.

Glad your still doing good. We need to meet up some time soon to eat supper. BTW thanks again for calling us and checking on Cooper. It means a lot and thanks for being a great friend.
Yes, we do. Give me a call this weekend and we’ll set it up.
How is Cooper doing?
Jason the main thing is to take care of yourself first I learned that the hard way and now I am paying for it. I hope you get to doing better soon take care.
Thanks, Alfred.
Jason my friend, I am glad you are doing better. Keep an eye on what you eat, especially foods with seeds that can make diverticulitis act up. You are in our continued prayers.
Thanks, Mike. My doctor said studies have showed that there is no relationship between nuts and seeds to diverticulitis. It was one of the several questions I asked.
