Video from “An Evening with FEE”

The folks at the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) have posted video of Robert Levy, a lawyer, author and chairman of the Cato Institute, speaking at the inaugural “Evening with FEE” on how the certain Supreme Court cases have undermined individual and economic liberty. The talk was a shortened version of Levy’s book The Dirty Dozen: How Twelve Supreme Court Cases Radically Expanded Government and Eroded Freedom and center around the most perilous cases, such as those dealing with the expansion of the General Welfare Clause and the Commerce Clause.
