There has been a great deal of wailing and gnashing of teeth over Judge Feldman’s ruling which struck down the moratorium on deepwater drilling in the wake of the Deepwater Horizon incident. He has been accused of unethical conduct and/or being a dupe for the oil industry. How about we read his order and see if it smacks of either of those things.
