Will the global warming alarmists’ cap-and-trade bill pass? Spencer Abraham doesn’t seem to think so, which is good news for the economy and your wallet:

   It looks like John Kerry, Lindsey Graham and Joseph Lieberman will have an announcement on April 26th about a compromise “climate change” bill. I don’t think this is going away. My guess it something will pass because of carbon trading. This has become big business with lots of money behind it. It has nothing to with the environment and everything to do with money. Watch out for your utility bills because those will be going up, drastically up.
